Voter Registration

Voter registration is required, with a residency requirement of at least 10 days prior to the election. Registration forms are available online at MyVote.WI.gov. If registering by mail, please include a copy of your proof of residency and a valid photo ID - typically, a current driver’s license satisfies both requirements if it includes your current address.

Please note: Under current state law, voter registration and absentee voting are not permitted on the Monday before any election. Plan accordingly. Same-day registration is available at the polls on Election Day.

At the Polls

After confirming your voter registration, you will be asked to sign the poll book. Refusal to sign will result in the inability to vote.

Absentee Ballot Requests

To request an absentee ballot, you must be a registered voter. Requests must be submitted in writing, either via email to the Town Clerk or through the online application at MyVote.WI.gov. A valid photo ID must be provided unless you qualify for an exemption or have alternative identity verification under state law.

Please be aware: No absentee voting will be conducted on the Monday before any election. Plan ahead to ensure your request is submitted and processed on time.

Town Elections

The Town Chair and Supervisors are elected every two years in April of odd-numbered years. Candidates are nominated by town residents during the Town Caucus, which is held in January of those same years. The date of the caucus is set at the December Town Board meeting in even-numbered years. All residents are welcome to participate in the nomination process.
